Kreistanz*Rhythmus*Stimme (monatlich) – Karo/Dörte

Schnips Dich ins Wochenende. Einfach die Woche abschütteln, den Kopf ausschalten und in Bewegung kommen. Wir nehmen Rhythmen in Beine, Hände, Füße, Finger, Mund und lassen Tanz und Musik, Rhythmus und Stimme wieder eins sein.

Ohne Leistungsdruck entdecken wir die natürliche Musikalität unseres Körpers. Wir lassen uns anstecken von der Kraft und Lebensfreude der Musik aus dem Balkan, Griechenland, Anatolien, Israel und, und, und…

Alle Tänze werden in entspannter Atmosphäre unterrichtet und Ihr braucht keinerlei Vorkenntnisse. Es wird an jedem Abend Zeit für kreatives „Mitgebrachtes“ geben. Wenn Du ein Lied oder ein Musikstück mitbringen möchtest, bitte achte darauf, dass es geeignet ist für komplette Neulinge.

Es ist völlig in Ordnung „nur“ zu tanzen und den Abend zu genießen.

Für wen ist dieser Tanzkreis?

– Für alle, die einfach gern tanzen Für alle, die ein Instrument spielen oder gern singen, sich aber selten trauen, weil sie das Gefühl haben „nicht gut genug“ zu sein.
– Für alle, die sich gern über Musik und Rhythmus austauschen.
– Für alle, die schon immer mal für Tänzerinnen Musik machen wollten.
– Für alle, die Lust haben zu experimentieren und neues zu entdecken

Wir tanzen barfuß oder in rutschfesten Socken. Ab 18.30 Uhr ist geöffnet und es gibt ein kleines Café, wo ihr nicht-alkoholische Getränke kaufen könnt. Um 19.00 Uhr geht die Tanzerei los.

Einzelstunde: 15€ / 12€ (Ermäßigung nach Selbsteinschätzung)

We invite you to come and dance, sing and make music with us. We love the international circle dances, because they are easy to learn, bring people together and are a lot of fun. We combine the dances with fun little rhythm exercises, with clapping and a little singing, but no musical knowledge is required. Everyone is wellcome!

The dances give the evening a structure to which you can add your own creativity. We would love it, if you bring your own instrument and play for us, or if you share a song or a fun exercise with us. We are looking forward to meet you and your creative ideas!

Of course it is equally fine to simply come and join the fun. No pressure :). If you do bring a song or an idea, please make sure it is fun for complete „newbies“ to rhythm, dance and music.

Who is this dance circle for?

– For anyone who simply loves dancing
– For anyone who plays an instrument or sings, but does not have the courage to do so in public, as you feel you are not „good enough“
– For anyone who loves to make music with others
– For anyone who always wanted to try playing music for dancers
– For anyone who wants to try something new and experiment

The cost of the evening is 8 Euros for your first time and we dance barefeet or in socks. Doors open at 6.30pm, there is a little cafe to buy non-alcoholic drinks.
