The classical Pilates session consists of breathing control, a warm-up, upper body, and Abs core exercises.
The class is suited for all levels.
Yun Ju Chen – originally from Taiwan, is a dance performer ( @yjdance_ ), dance somatic educator, as well a dance movement therapy practitioner (@yunjubodyandspace), her passion in movement began when she was 5. Since 2012, she stationed her home-base to Germany. As a Berlin-based freelance dancer, she collaborated with several multi-disciplined artists, dance companies, and theatres in Germany. Besides her artistic works, she continues to expand her journey to dance movement therapy and unwind the interests in various disciplines of somatic movement practices, she loves to work with a diverse set of populations. “Movement is our primary language“, we can through the body wisdom connect to the inner self and unfold our authenticity, creativity, and originality.
She certified as a Pilates Mat instructor and Barre workout instructor.
